- We have close relationships with several developers, and we often find out about new lots being planned well before it is announced to the general public and the rest of the real estate industry
- We work with several Realtors to locate and purchase lots in any neighborhood or locality
- We can work on any site you already own as well.
Regardless of where you choose to build and how you acquire your building site, we will work with you to make your site and new home work together as one
- We will evaluate the site and help you determine how your new home will make the most of the site
- We will evaluate the grade and terrain of the site
- We will determine exposure of the basement for additional living areas with natural light and access to the outdoors
- We will determine slope of the driveway and walkways, along with access to the house from the garage,
- We will look at desired views to determine placement of main living areas and windows
- We will look at how your new home will relate to the others around it.
- We will evaluate the utilities serving the lot and their location, and gather estimates for private wells and waste disposal if needed.
- Once the site is determined and evaluated, we will begin the planning of your new home.
